Coach of the Week: Marathon H3-40 VIP

Only 40 feet long and built from 1990 thru 1994 when the H3-41 was introduced; the extra length was needed for the Series 60 engine. Unlike the H3-40, the H3-41 was never produced in the VIP configuration. The "ski bays" over the wheels allow for additional storage. I've always had a soft spot for the 40' H3. When you see one in person you'll understand why. They're absolutely the stubbiest things you're likely to see on the road. So short and so tall and so endearing.
